Collective shadow

Fundamentally, I believe that our global economy is one of the ripest systems ready for (and already undergoing) radical transformation.

This is happening on two primary tracks- one being the rapid exploitation of existing, finite and non-renewable resources and the sole focus on production and consumption with no consideration of the natural cycles such a system disrupts. I see this aspect of our economy as a manifestation of many shadow aspects of humanity.

The second track, which I would consider to be a manifestation of the many light aspects of humanity, is the shift toward regenerative, holistic, local and ecologically aware approaches to business and a production system that is designed in partnership with the planet.

Our great and sacred invitation in this moment in human development is to choose which track we wish to contribute to.

I have committed my life’s work to creating safe spaces that allow the witnessing, digestion and integration of these shadow aspects of humanity that are embedded within our economic system.

As we tend to this integrative process, we have more creative capacity and energy to reimagine ourselves as a restorer species nurturing an ecosystem-centered way of working and being in the world.

Courage and Vulnerability

Authenticity requires vulnerability. Courage emerges through vulnerability. The heart embodies all.

Collective Heart

We cannot do this work if we do not begin from, lead through and be willing to follow the intelligence of the heart. It is the soil within which we plant the seeds of change we wish to nurture.
